Natural Geisha from our farm in Chiriquí (1,800 m), roasted in-house: jasmine, bergamot, blackberry. Try it as a pour-over in Panama City or buy beans.
Geisha is the variety that put Panama on the specialty-coffee map. Ours grows at Finca Mil Cumbres in Paraíso, Chiriquí, at 1,800 metres next to Volcán Barú National Park. It is hand-picked and natural-processed.
In the cup it is floral and complex: bright citrus acidity, jasmine and bergamot, a fresh lemongrass note and the deep sweetness of blackberries, with a long, elegant finish. We roast it ourselves to bring that profile out.
Try it at our cafés in Panama City as a V60, Chemex or AeroPress pour-over (Geisha +$2), and take a bag of beans home. Our online shop also delivers freshly roasted Pacamara from the same farm, free within Panama City.
It is a high-altitude variety with a very distinctive floral, citrus profile (jasmine, bergamot, red fruit). In Panama — especially Chiriquí — it reaches some of the highest cupping scores in the world.
At our cafés in San Francisco, Costa del Este and Obarrio — order it as a V60, Chemex or AeroPress.
Yes, at our cafés (125 g bag). Our online shop currently delivers Pacamara from the same farm, free within Panama City.
